Buxton - A true, ancient Spa town, stands where the Limestone and Gritstone bedrocks of the White Peak and Dark Peak meet. Pure, delicious mineral water flows constantly out of the ground. For centuries this water source ensured Buxton's prosperity, and is the inspiration for this beer, bringing English malts, Citra hops and the unsung-hero of beer - water together.

On tap @ Kick. Clear golden body with a small, lacing white head. Nice and fruity aroma, peaches, apricot, grapefruit and orange peel. Flavor is light malty, citric fruit and surprisingly good bitterness. Rather thin body, that actually feels right in this case with a good, long lasting fruity bitter aftertaste. Nothing complex, but a very nice session beer I probably could have anytime.
