On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Almost clear golden with white head. Funk, some wood, citrus, some white wine. Not that complex, but still nice.

0,3l from tap at Ammutson. Amber hazy color, Medium Big white head. Smells earthy, citric, grassy, earthy, musty, herbal. Medium body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, grassy, citric, peppery, musty, herbal. Finishes medium dry and lightly sour with notes of grass, citrus and musty notes. Pretty nice, but also kinda young.

Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes vinous, white wine, earthy, peppery. Finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of vinous, peppery and tasty notes. Very nice one

Balanced gueuze. A few years of age will add to the complexity. Lovely with the moules of course.
