On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Almost clear golden with white head. Funk, some wood, citrus, some white wine. Not that complex, but still nice.

Very soft and creamy, a lot of oak, quite light on the sourness. Yum.

0,3l from tap at Ammutson. Amber hazy color, Medium Big white head. Smells earthy, citric, grassy, earthy, musty, herbal. Medium body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, grassy, citric, peppery, musty, herbal. Finishes medium dry and lightly sour with notes of grass, citrus and musty notes. Pretty nice, but also kinda young.

Rerate 03.09.2023: 0,07l taster from 0,75l bottle at Moeder Lambic Original tasting. Vintage . Amber hazy color, small white head. Smells citric, funky, vinous, white wine, herbal. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes vinous, white wine, earthy, peppery. Finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of vinous, peppery and tasty notes. Very nice one

Balanced gueuze. A few years of age will add to the complexity. Lovely with the moules of course.
