Kimono Dragon is a semi-sweet small batch mead made with Arizona wildflower honey, custom roasted Ghanaian Cacao nibs, 140 pounds of red dragon fruit, and a blend of 200 pounds of whole pitted sweet and tart cherries. Like coffee forward and hopped meads, we recommend enjoying this mead fresh, and chilled.

Bottle thanks to John. Pours a hazy ruby orange with no head. The aroma is floral, spice, honey, cocoa. Slick body, honey, cocoa, nice sweetness, light booze, very nice.

Nose reminds me of PBJC with honey, berries, peanuts & peasprouts. Light chocolate notes. Undefined fruits & chocolate taste.
