Can from Matt: pours hazy with white head. Aroma is citrus, pineapple and actually a bit of maltiness. Taste is sweet, fruity, low bitterness. More malt backbone than the modern takes.

Can cheers to Rich; cloudy golden yellow pour with a thin white head, aroma has resinous pine and orange squash, fizzy pine, quite bitter, fresh orange, amazing powdery hop action.

Draught at the brewery, 3/18/17.
Thoroughly hazy, bright maize-golden body is topped by a sizable white head with moderate retention.
Juicy pineapple, nectarine, grapefruit and surprisingly low cat/sweat show a pretty classic and very clean citra profile atop honey-like maltiness. Hint of alcohol mixing in to the finish to produce moderate ester character with a touch of light pine, but the malt helps ward off/mitigate for the most part.
In the mouth it’s juicy and robust with lots of pineapple and grapefruit. Light pine, lots of bread and light honey with some ester sharpness on the finish. Good but a bit aggressive and dries out too much on the finish. Carbonation is moderately-strong and engaging.
