Dark brown colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of sweet malts. Slight chocolate bitterness. Delicate smokiness from the tea. Absolutely not overpowering. Decent body too.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Woody aroma with lapsang souchong. Malty sweetish woody flavor. Tarry with lapsang souchong tea. Hint of caramel. Grassy hops. Nice.

[ As Ramses Bier Huismoeder ].Clear medium brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, spicy, thyme. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, thyme, spicy, smoked, roasted, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150927]
