Lind - är ett halvsött mjöd med stort inslag av honung från lindblom. Lindhonungssmaken brukar beskrivas som mintaktig, men det stämmer inte helt, och för att fullt ut förstå den, måste man nästan prova. Mjöd av ren lindhonung blir oerhört kraftfull i sin smak och kan kännas både besk och lite tjärv. LIND balanseras därför av mjöd gjorda av neutralare honungssorter för att hitta en lagom, ’lindrig’ och ljuv nivå av lindsmak.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 28 Sep 2019) Pale greenish yellow colour with no head. Fruity nose with honey, linden flowers and green apples. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of honey, green apples, flowers and birch leaves. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Well made and harmonious mead. Nice one.
