Taster from 0,75l bottle at Ammutson during Moeder tasting. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, earthy, dusty, oak, grassy. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes funky, oak, peppery, stone fruits, flowery, hay. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of flowery, hay and funky notes. probably the best Bruocsella I have had so far.

Sample of both 2013 and 2012 bottles at (Hopp)Kurtkeller 016: Cantillon-tastic 01 on 10/11/2014. Slightly hazy orange-amber color with a thin white head that disappears quickly to a minimal outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart fruit and herbs. Light-bodied with flavors of tart green apples, mildly funky yeast and mild spice. The finish is fruity with a tart apple and citrus aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
