Nektar Cinnamon Raisin Cyser ].Clear medium orange amber colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, apple, apple pie, alcohol, cinnamon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, apple pie, apples, honey, apfelstrudel. Body is medium, texture is creamy - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20180512] 8-3-7-3-16

Sample at MBCC 2018. Poured a crystal clear dark amber with little life. The aroma is big cinnamon and raisin of course, dry sticky Christmas pudding. The flavour is strong sweet with a super silky smooth, rich, spicy raisin fruit palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation.
