0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 23.06.2017. red color, small white head. smells raspberries, lactic, cherries, leathery, subtle funk, nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes raspberries, cherries, leathery, lactic notes. finishes rather dry and rather sour with notes of raspberries, cherries and lactic notes. way too clean, way too sour. A large bottle is a tough sell.

Bottle at home. Deep red with quick fizz. Loads of jammy rasberries in the aroma, some cherries and marzipan too. Taste is very sour. Raspberry balsamic, tart cherries and red currants. Too sour for me.

Update, bottle 750 ml at Be Hoppy 3F tasting, Madrid. (2016-2017) Assemblage No. 36 Dark red, white head. Raspberries in aroma, intensive cherry, raspberry, even some red grapes in aroma. Funk, vinous. Quite sour. Better than I remember.
23/06/17 bottling, mega funky raspberries and cherries, puree levels of funk and flavor, sweet vanilla upfront, short acidic finish without a lingering note like fresher hommage. #wheresthecarb John B.
