Bottle at the Gavel Coffee Kitchen, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy lasting white head and some broken lace. The aroma is yeast, biscuit dough, citrus. The flavour is moderate to strong sour with a fresh crisp, yeasty, tart citrus, light vinegar palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Smell of sour apple, acid. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of sour apple, cider, some extra brut champagne. Massively sour. Wild carbon. Dry palate with some burning sensation. Too acidic for me.

33cl bottle ~1 year old. Clear golden with a thin white head. Sour funky aroma, there's a slight appley note to it. Taste is funky, very sour, overripe fruits, rotting apples, dusty/chalky feel, very dry finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Ok but not a fan of this, not getting the reverence for it.

Thanks Hrabren! Clear golden body, white head. Intensive sour aroma one could easily mistake for a lambic, with all the funky, "wild" notes one would expect. Surprisingly sour, intensive funky taste, toothrot, quite rough all in all, which is most certainly respectable in a way, but kicks it out of the interest / enjoyment zone for me. Not fully, but just enough. Props to the brewery for making it, but just not my cuppa tea.

0.33 l bottle I got from my family. Thanks! Shared with everyone. Clear straw to golden, small off-white head. Strong acidic aroma, fruity. Moderate sour, malty underneath. Light body, soft carbonation, light to moderate dry and tart finish. Not bad.
