We’ve done a few series-beers, with FRESH, our IPA-series and CRUSH, our DIPA-series being the two most notable. With them, we’ve tweaked our way towards the perfect IPA’s. At least, we think so. The story of CRUSH started in 2016 when we wanted to try and make a really juicy DIPA. The result was Double Crush and then we just took it from there, tweaking malt bills, hop bills, dry hopping regimes and whatnot. After 8 or so versions, we’ve ended up with this: CRUSH. We’ll not stop experimenting but we love the fact that we can offer this beer to you all as your goto DIPA. It’ll most definitely be ours.

A generous ipa, sweet for the style, herbal, hay, really smooth sensation at the palate, syrupy, perfect side of mango, citrus and bitter, aromatic at the tongue during all the time, 21.07.20, at Epalinges

Bottle split at Columbus, thanks to Fergus, 31/07/19. Hazed golden orange with a white cap. Nose is mango, melon, orange zest, airy malts, light herb. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, papaya, mixed tropical fruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with earthy come juicy hop bitterness. Passable DIPA ... sips ok but a bit of a letdown if the truth be told.

Bottle shared in London - cheers! Pours hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Has a little odd ashy note to it, also lots of sugary citrus, bready pale malts. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Pity finish, more light ash, mellow bitterness. A little odd.

Flarra Kapitelhuset.

Tap at Lådan. Lightly unclear yellow with white head. Astringent grass, passion fruit, wet hay. Quite harsh. 108/

A lovely juicy and nicely hoppy DIPA. Fresh and fruity. Pretty sweet, tropical stone fruits, plenty of hop to provide some bitterness as well, and a bit herbal. Nothing extremely exciting, but very bicely drinkable and lovely flavours.
