Sample at Haandfest 2019. Hazy golden body with a minimal white head. Very nice and complex aroma of passion fruit, lemon, oak, funk and saison yeast. Flavor has a fine, smooth and complex combination of a nice typical saison with pale malt, pepper and yeast, then the funky and fruity part with passion fruit, citric fruit, acidic lemon, oak, medium acidity and some funk. Fine balanced body and very well balanced, long lasting tart but not too acidic aftertaste. Very nice indeed, the biggest differences between this and the Beauty Sleep as I had just before is that this one is so much more than just the fruit part, here you may find a distinct well made sasion as a base and the fruity part as a balanced addition to it all.

750ml bottle pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice light fruit passion leads the way some lemon zest notes and barrel notes. Taste is more of the nice fruit presents passion citrus and some barrel tartness.

Mad passion fruit but also mad saison, real nice blend that gives me the usual "I wish I had one to age" vibe.
