Draught@Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is smoked, toasted, mild wooden notes. Flavour is roasted, toasted, wooden and some slight chocolaty notes. Very nice and bodied brew.

Tap. Very dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel and liquorice. Flavour is roasted malt, caramel, liquorice, medium sweet, hop and medium bitter.

Draught (Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm) - Dark brown with red tinges. Coffee and liquorice in the aroma. Coffee, dried fruit and liquorice in the taste. Relatively rich yet still easy to drink.

(Draught at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 21 July 2020) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, dark chocolate and black rye bread. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, dark chocolate, black rye bread, roasted malt and a mild roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and solid porter. Very nice.

Tap Zum. Stockholm. Poured black. Thick off white head. Roasty, bit sweet. Soft, sweet malty. Ashy finish.

On tap at Zumen. Black with a small tan head. Aroma and taste of coffee, licorice, caramel and some mild roasted malt. The body was medium and the finish a bit on the sweet side.

Draught @ Zum. Powerful, almost Americanized porter with heavy notes of coffee, chocolate and licorice. Creamy.
