This mead is dedicated to a rad guy, a true American badass. Greg you rule....or something like that...
We didn’t even need a reason. But in all reality, the reason was because you all asked for it. This mead is a hole in one. Our Peach Kill all the Golfers came about because we just can’t leave a good thing well enough alone. The crew used a special peach tea instead of our normal black tea and lemon in a batch of Kill all the Golfers and this is what we got. We had some on tap at the 2014 Spring Mead Fest, and it was an instant hit. We had so many requests to bottle it that we just gave it in and did it.

Bottle thanks to Willrunforbeer. Bottled at least 2 years ago. Aroma is pure peach skin. Flavor is peach tea, tea leaves, mild honey. Fresh peach even after all this time. No alcohol. Pretty nice.

Very nice melomel. Tart lemon and earthy black/peach teas and moderate honey sweetness. Not too dry. Mild acidity. Fairly crisp feel. --- Beer merged from original tick of B. Nektar Kill All The Golfers - Peach on 30 May 2015 at 19:24 - Score: 8. Original review text:

Draft - Fuzzy peach candy and some honey. Clearish gold with no head. Sweet peach, tea with the acidity along side and a dry finish. Tea and finish is too much.

Strong peach nose. Clear amber, medium head. Peach and tea flavor. Honey is more prominent on the back end. Light body, slight astringency. Well what do you know? Peach works fabulously well with honey/mead. I look forward to trying that combination again.

Bottle shared by jackl, 8/30/14. Pours a hazy golden with a thin head. Poor head retention. Aroma of peach, tea, mango, honey, papaya, dried figs. The taste is honey, peach, mango, tea, earth, pepper. Medium bodied, lingering spice. Very nice.
