--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Pitch black, minimal dark brown head. Aroma of boiled milk, syrup and chocolate cherry ice cream. Very sweet with full body and viscous mouthfeel. Offputting boiled milk, thick syrup and artificial sweetener, before a finish dominated by cheap cherry booze and Bailey's. While being a pretty vile concotion, it still may be on the higher end of pastry stouts.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pitch black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is chocolate, some cherries, almonds, some alcohol and mild raspberries too. Flavour is chocolate, alcohol, some syrup and mild wooden tones with some cherries and mild nutty tones to it. Rather sweet.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours black with small beige head. The aroma is roast, marshmallow, cherry, cracker. Slick body, roasted malt, sweet cherry, graham cracker, marshmallow fluff, light boozy finish, very nice.

22oz bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is sweet chocolate roast malts vanilla brown sugar coffee bourbon barrel. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate vanilla roast malts coffee bourbon barrel fudge and a touch of cherry on top.

On tap at Craft Beer Junction Bermondsey . Black beer thin tan head. Oily texture. Intense dark chocolate aroma. tar and crackers aroma. wow the flavour is amazing. I am limp. the raspberry the cracker flavour. my god. it sings. wow . crackers and Crunchie. it's not quite like any imperial stout I have had. amazing. Cherry apparently is the fruit according to the smart arse opposite me who is dressed as a John Hughes 1980s character. it's big bold and a sipper. I may be here some time. Good though. .not as good as the Cloudwater earlier today though.
