For FRESH TWELVE what we’ve done is work on the hops and the hop schedule. We’ve cut out Citra hops all together and added Simcoe hops, in fact, we let it play the lead. Meaning, we’ve moved Mosaic from the front to the back. This has made the beer more sturdy and less candy, if that makes any sense. Embarking on a journey towards a super crisp, nicely sparkling and crushingly lush IPA, with loads and loads and loads and loads of hops! That’s fresh! This is fresh! Gotta be fresh!

Draft @ Taproom, Malmö. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity peachy citrus hoppy aroma with buttery hints. Fruity malty citrus hoppy tropical fruit flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy peachy finish.

Solid fresh & fruity ipa. Perhaps a tad “green” atm so give it a week.
