▶“Lidong” marks the beginning of the winter and also the end of all agricultural activities. Lidong is a Belgian Dubbel brewed with local premium Tieguanyin Oolong tea (Tieguanyin literally means “Iron Goddess of Mercy”).
▶The caramel and raisin flavor of Belgian Dubbel plus the dried fruit and light honey nose from Tieguanyin will certainly light up your winter.
▶「稻成熟，入冬田頭空」，節氣「立冬」是冬天的開始，也是農忙時節的結束。天氣開始轉涼，草木凋零，蟄蟲伏藏，萬物活動趨向休止，養精蓄銳，為來春生機勃發做準備。

330ml bottle pours out cola brown topped with a sand head. Nose is nice sweet caramel toffee malts some spice. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts caramel toffee a little spice.

On tap at Mikkeller Nanxi, pours a deep dark brown with a medium tan head. Aroma brings out lots of black tea upfront, with an earthy character. Flavour is sweet and malty, with lots of black tea, sweet roasted malt, and earthy notes. Nice incorporation of the tea on top a sweet, roasted backbone. Good stuff.

33 cl bottle from Zhenchang Beer Supermarket. Sampled on October 6, 2017.2017/03/14 - 2019/03/14.Cloudy dark brown color, tan head. Grainy, cream, bitter, tea, alcohol taste. Alcohol, grainy aftertaste. Warming alcohol. Medium mouthfeel, medium though to the harsh side bitterness. Sweet, alcohol, yeasty scent.
