Draught. Ambery brown colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is nutty, some sweet malts as well as some floral and grassy notes. Flavour is grapefruit, some floral, herbal and mild toffeeish notes with some slight tartness and quite a big bitterness in the finish.

From old notes. From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Hazy amber copper color with light beige head. Malty aroma, caramel, yeast, light fruity and hoppy. Sweet and light bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation

Dark brown, some amber edges. 1 finger brown head. aroma of peach, fig, some dark tree fruits, sour candy and peach. Not too sour in taste. sour grapes, even rotten grapes, some plum and lacto bacillus. Oak, a little rodenbach taste with cherry finish. not bad but also a little unexciting.

Tap at the Schoolhouse. Great wheat nose, with bourbon, vanilla, oranges, apricots, some alcohol burn. Very smooth and silk. The wheat character blends superbly with the bourbon.

On tap at CBC2012. Beer on the glass brownish turbid, nice head. Mild-malty aroma. Starts malty and dry, some bitter notes. Some fruity hints of grapefruit. Finish less fruity, still dry and bitter. Not my favourite.
