Tap at Nya Carnegie. Pours hazy golden with white head. Malty with caramel, some grass, smokey ham. Not as smokey as a I thought. Well balanced, but thin.

At SBWF 2017. Hazy golden with a white head. Mild with smoke, some sausage, bread and grass. The body was medium and the finish medium bitter.

Keg at Nya Carnegiebryggeriet, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Distinct charkuterie smoke in the nose. Dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Distinct smoke, mild notes of grass. Light bready malt. Mid bitter finish. Lots of really attractive features - the smoke, the low key hop character. What needs improvement is the malt character. It lacks the the softness and depth of the world class lagers.

Draught at Nya Carnegie, the brewpub/restaurant, in Stockholm, on March 18, 2017.Hazy pale golden color, fluffy lasting white head. Herbal, fruity, light smoked, mineral, meaty taste. Light smoked, meaty aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, still round. Medium to medium low bitterness. Malty, light smoked scent.
