Bottle. A slightly hazy, orange-golden beer with a finger-thick, dense off-white head. Nice lacings. It’s quite grainy on the nose, with a certain yeasty touch. Quite fruity too. There’s both sweetness and acidity in the mouth, medium to full body, and a good bitterness towards the end. Nicely carbonated. Fruits, grassy hops and some pinecones too. I’m not overly impressed by the aroma in this one, but the taste is good, and it’s certainly a beer i could down a few of. 100912

(Draught at Charlies, Copenhagen, 18 June 2010) Brownish amber colour with lasting, creamy, beige head. Malty, spicy nose with roasted malt, bread, a touch of yeast and bread spices. Malty, bready taste with notes of roasted malt, dried fruit, spices, a hint of yeast and a generous bitterness in the finish. Slightly more than medium body, mainly dry. Very nice and spicy kellerbier.
