Draught at Piw Paw, Feb 29, 2016. As a sample.American Wheat Sour Ale at 4.5% ABV and 18 IBU.Clear pale golden color, white head. Acidic, wheat flour, green berries, tart, yeasty, gypsum taste. Acidic, green berries aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, very low bitterness. Acidic, gypsum scent.

Sample @ PiwPaw Beer Heaven, Warsaw. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are salt, lactose acid, malt, fruits and hops. Semi sour finish.
