Bottle. Hazy yellow, huge white head, slight lacings. Aroma is bready, sweet, slight grassy. Taste follows, bready, grassy notes, semi sweet, light body with lively carbonation.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a lacing, white head. Fresh, fruity aroma - slightly tart. Should’ve been sweet malty! Medium body, flowery hops, sulphur and then a slight lactic infection. Not totally wrecked, but not something you really should drink for pleasure. All 3 Tyska Eken I’ve had have had varying degrees of infection. 080316

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some sweet maltiness as well as mild honey. Flavour is hay, some bready notes, mild grains as well as some mild honey and floral notes. Quite mouthdrying bitterness to it.

Bottled, thanks rlgk! Clear golden, rich head. Fruity nose with some grass. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded, somewhat oily mouthfeel. Mildly grassy with some dough. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl on December 31, 2015, thanks to Mirre (non ratebeer).Brygg nr 9, BB 24/12/2015.From Systembolaget, not sure which store.Hazy to cloudy golden color, smallish white head. Acidic, brett scent. Acidic, brett taste. Lemon, bitter aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, medium though ahrsh bitterness.Really don’t think this clear brettanomyces notes are supposed to show up in the beer, though drinking it 7 days after BB date should have it so neither, likely a bad bottle or a bad batch of beer.
