Draught on October 15, 2015, at The Australian 11th Annual Beer Festival.As "Craftrebellion Raspberry Berliner Weisse".Hazy pale straw yellow color with some pink, white head. Very fruity raspberry jam scent, a bit tart. Tart, some berries, acidic taste. Slight metallic aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, very low to no bitterness.

500ml bottle into glass. Nose is gentle sour raspberry, even distant hops. Pours amber/pink (changes colour with distance/angle). Thin head that disappears, champagne bubbles with active sediment floating about. Taste is sour dry sherbet with raspberry following. Finish is dry, tangy then malt before hops and raspberry remain. Superb, refreshing.
