A highly drinkable beer sure to satisfy in all seasons. English crystal malt is countered nicely by a good dose of spicy Golding hops and a satisfyingly dry finish. This is a gently hop-forward beer balanced by notes of light caramel and honey.

Special for the restaurant Marination Ma Kai

Orange pour. Toasted malt, light earth, some sweet fruity notes. A bit of a hoppy bite but not a lot of hop flavor. Decent.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is toasted malt and dark fruit. Medium body, toast, english yeast, rye, light dry finish, good.

On tap at the source in Seattle-USA. Dark orange skin clear, tan foam adhesive. Nose: peanuts, nutty, eggy. Mouth: English orientation, in style, a bit confusing tough. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft pour at Stoup. Penny copper color with a thin fizz head. Rough, rich malt aroma. Flavor is odd malt, with an unexpected hop addition late. Could be worse, but this beer was just weird for me.

Making this shit legit. 10th rater. It’s an American version of a bitter way more neutral yeast, strong carbonation, and a bitter hop bite. I mean it’s not a bitter but a dusty, brown colored American pale ale.

On tap @ the brewery during 7/5/2014 Seattle beer tour. Pours a clear burnt orange appearance with an off white head. Caramel, toasted malt, and a bit of nuts in the aroma. Medium plus sweetness. Light to moderate bitterness. Herbaceous, earthy hops in the flavor. Some caramel. Not bad.

Amber color, clean. The aroma is a bit dusty and yeasty, not too far from British bitters. The mouthfeel is dry; caramel flavor with some vegetables touch, light yeast presence too; correctly bitter.
Could be an English Bitter, nothing exceptional.
