No idea what Eugene is talking about ;)
This thing was bursting with fresh, authentic, liberally used shishito flesh in the nose with just a touch of more citrusy habanero lying behind it.
Very peppery flavor, fresh and lively with sparkling carbonation, a light but not thin body and a crisp, pepper-driven finish. As Andrew mentions, the scovilles aren’t out in force here, which is surprising, since they still managed to get a good habanero character to it. Best beer by a longshot that I had here, of the four (this, tripel, enniac, schwarz).

No idea what Andrew is talking about. I get surprisingly little pepper with just a hint of heat at the end. Otherwise a dull APA.6/3/6/12
Re-rate: I am just so extatic to have retried this beer. Clark knows what he talking about. What a different beer bursting with pepper flavor. And what a delightful and novel mix of peppers. The shishito peppers are so delicious while the habanero provides the heat. So much flavor and the perfect amount of heat for me. Good thing I came back. I asked why my experience the first time was so different and it was attributed to deviation in pepper quality. 8/3/8/4/17

Draft 12 oz pour. Pours an oily golden copper color with a thin patchy head. Soft pepper heat aroma. Pepper flavor is big, but more flavor than actual heat. I love pepper beers. Happy to be a part of the surprisingly small crowd. Nice addition to the style.

Draft - Tons of Habenero and pepper with a bit of jam sweetness. Clear gold with a decent white head. Tons of flavour, no heat. Weirdly awesome, but why? Still cool.
