A refreshing and unfiltered wheat beer brewed in traditional Bavarian style. The speciality yeast and malted wheat combine to give a fruity, spicy character.

On tap at the brewpub. There’s nothing on the nose. Has a nice head and a good milky yellow body. Flavour is great wit and citrus notes but has a cloying coriander finish. Good mouthfeel, solid. It’s good in some ways but not firing on all cylinders.

Draught at the brewpub
Muddy blond color with small head. Dry Wheat ale, with relatively strong banana character, and moderate spicy character, very low bitterness, a bit vegetable it the final.
It reminds me why I don’t usually like wheat beers.

Cloudy yellow, lots of banana, sugary malts, has light acidity, sweet malts, good banana in the finish. Different than Hill’s? Not sure but still not bad.

On tap at Yaletown, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings quite a bit of banana and clove, with light wheat. Flavour brings out wheat upfront, with subdued banana. Pretty faint flavours. Not a whole lot going on here. Watery and weak, but nothing off at least.
