W/ hallertau blanc. Alibi Room. Light copper colour. Thin head. Aroma is light. Beautiful white wine taste, bright and floral, sweet and honeyish. The malts are light enough to stay out of the way. Nice showcase for this beautiful hop.

Draught at the brewery; 10oz
Light amber color, clean, bright, beautiful, with small head. The aroma is mostly grassy, with a hint of wood sap, hay and manure. Lean body, but well structured, with very light residual sweetness; the malt flavor is nice, a bit bready, biscuity and with hay; correct bitterness, with a grassy side and some orangey resins. It would work very well with food.
Obviously different from a PNW beer, but clean, well brewed and with a bit of originality.

Draft - Sweet pine hoppy grains and a touch of skunk. Clear gold with with a decent white head. Sweet woody and some odd yeast notes, German I assume.

On tap at Doan's, pours a pretty clear golden with a small white head. Nose brings out tangy citrusy leafs, with a very leafy quality. Flavour is super tangy, like there's Nelson Sauvin in here (even though it's Hallertau), with lots of leafiness. So fresh and hoppy without any astringency. This is really great - one of the best local IPAs. Excellent.
