Our Irish ale is a full-bodied chestnut coloured ale, with an inviting malty aroma and a delicious warming aftertaste. With well-balanced flavours and a pleasant roasted caramel character, this beer is dry hopped with a blend of Cascades and Williamette hops. The finish is dry with lingering biscuit malt flavours.

Draught at the brewery
Mahogany color, clear. Mild aroma of dark caramel. Dryish mouthfeel, but with a good body strength; the dark caramel flavor is quite good, correct bitterness, but this one as well has some yeast and metallic sharpness in the final; light roasted nuts too.
To be tuned, but not bad.

Dark amber and cloudy. Thin, bubbly head. Light aroma. Vaguely caramelly and has a slight chewy note. A touch of hop dryness, too. A lot going on, but not necessarily cohesive.

On tap at Off the Rails, pours a clear copper red with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out bready caramel malts and light floral hops. Flavour is balanced, with notes of dry caramely bready malt and floral hops to balance. Well-balance and clean, making this quite drinkable. Decent stuff.
