Made with organic Mt. Hood hops, our lager is well balanced, smooth and refreshing. Our lagers are not released until conditioning or “lagering” at lower temperatures is complete. As someone else said, “we will serve no beer before its time”, and we know you will appreciate the difference in the time we take to mature our lager.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Dry grass and stale, skunky malts on the nose. Flavour has stale crackers, dead grass, and a thick fermented wheat thing that's not good. Pretty poor, skunky lager.

Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, herbal. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a crisp, light, watery, melon, herbal, light hop bitter palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Has a good white foam and clear yellow body. Aroma is mellow grains with some sweetness. Flavour is more mellow grains. Palate is slightly watery hints, but nothing excessive. It's an okay mix but lacking any intrigue.

341 ml bottle. Pours a copper amber with moderate light head. Aromas of bready malts and and light spicy grain. Flavors of bready malts, caramel and a little cardboard. Kinda thick for a lager. Okay.

Draft - Light grain notes and some citrus. Hazy gold with a decent white head. Mellow citrus and some vegetal notes. Very odd for a lager, creamy and a decent body.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond color, small head. Light aroma of crispy malts, butter, a bit flowery. The suspicions are confirmed, the flavor too shows small amounts of diacetyl, the mouthfeel is dry and light, it has a delicate crisp malt flavor, and apparently some fruity touch (very delicate) from the yeast, and a very light herbaceous touch from the hops.
As is, it’s a bit simple and minorly flawed, but it’s also interesting and if tuned a bit it could be a pleasant summer Lager, close to a Kölsch.

On tap at Off the Rails, pours a clear straw yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out straw, some cleaner notes, and corn. Flavour is clean, with notes of straw and corn upfront. A little sharp but clean enough, with a slight herbal note on the finish. It's okay.
