This New World Pale Ale has huge aromas of tropical and citrus fruit from the Citra hop that are backed by Idaho 7. Pouring a light golden/blond, the mild malt body lets the hops be the star!

Has a clear gold liquid with just a bit of white head. Aroma is somewhere between foul armpits and rotting fruit. Flavour is just a hint of grainy pineapple with wheat dough hints. Medium finish, could be crisper on the mouth. It's a nice brew, though typical for the style, hardly memorable.

Hazy, lots of citra nose, classic litterbox but without the ammonia. Has mellow bitterness, fresh citra character. Good blonde ale, especially if you like citra.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy light amber color with small compact head, not much retention. The aroma is very nice, fruity: peach, oranges. The mouthfeel is too weak and dry, and there is not enough malt flavor to provide a backbone for the hopping; quite strong bitterness, a bit resiny and orangey, balanced.
This is one beer that today is not impressive, but with some adjustment in the malt department may become very nice.

On tap at Off the Rail, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal hops, and some soapy detergent-like notes - something wrong here. Flavour doesn't reveal as many of the off-notes thankfully, with soapy floral hops and a dry biscuity malt content. Finishes slightly astringent. Not very convincing - needs work, but it's not bad.
