Fizzy golden. Tart, sweet apple, light sulfur. Highly carbonated body. Finish is apple with a light tart bite over sweetness. Good.

Draught on June 26, 2015. At the brewpub (McMenamins Hillsdale) in Portland.Clear pale golden color, white head. Apple, light tart taste. Apple skin aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, low tart finish. Apple skin scent.

Pretty solid cider. On tap at John Barleycorn. Pours a clear yellow color. A light nose of apples, almost woody. Sweet mostly, a bit of dry dust or yeast, some perfume. Good.

Draft at the Edgefield location. A light yellow cider with no head. The aroma is sweet apply. The flavor is very sweet with a slight acidity , strong notes of apples, and a dry and slightly woody finish.
