Part of a flight on June 28, 2015. At the brewpub (Sasquatch Brewing) in Portland.Though listed as 8.2% ABV.Clear dark brown to black color, tan head. Hoppy, bitter, roasted taste. Bitter, pith aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Hoppy, citrus scent.

On tap at Bailey's, pours a deep dark brown / black with a thin bubbly beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, piney hops, and some toasted chalky notes. Flavour brings out astringent hops, roasted malt, and some strange earthy notes. Something slightly off about this, but it's well-balanced. Decent stuff.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark mahogany color with a medium white head. A big nose of sweet grains and fruity hops. The flavor is very nice: green apples, dark fruit, a big Wheat balance, earthy. Very nice.
