Bottle from Base Camp, Prague. light Hazy yellow color with medium white head. Tart, acidic aroma with wheat, bayrnard, funk. Light sour taste, apples, acidic, light wet mop, malt. OK.

Bottle at Base Camp. Almost clear yellow colour. Short lasting good sized head. Clean and very refreshing. Clean light-medium lactic acid underlined by minerally water. Quite good.

0.33l bottle. pours a cloudy pale yellow with a medium white head and little lacing. slightly sour aroma, some dough. not citrusy, but lacto sourness in the mouth, some wood and plastic. dry tart finish.

33 cl bottle @ hotel room, Berlin. BBE 07/2017. Aroma has sour cream and mild fruity sweetness. Flavour has somewhat aggressive sourness, sour cream, some green apples and milky tones. Dryish finish. Refreshing and solid Berliner.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. My first Berliner weisse and boy it’s really sour. Hazy light yellow with a white head. Sour wheat aroma. Sour taste with a thin watery slightly wheaty finish. Nice to try again but this will not be a regular for me.
