Barwa słomkowa, zamglone, piana biała, dość obfita, umiarkowanie trwała. W aromacie kiszonka, nieco kanalizy, ale do przejścia. W smaku wytrawne, kwaśność umiarkowana z plusem. Czuć lakto, kiszonkę, cierpkość, pszenny charakter. Ciało i wysycenie w normie, świetna pijalność. Klasyka, aromat nieco poprawić i będzie świetnie.

Bottle. Clear light golden/yellow coloured. Big foamy head. Aroma is sour, lactic and acidic. Taste is wheats and sour fruits. Sweet and tart. Strong carbonation. Sparkling and refreshing. It's just a nice low abv refreshment for those special occasions (like coming off the waterslide and you've run out of lemonade). Goes well with woodruff syrup.

Bottle with a schuss of himbeer, at Alt Berliner Biersalon, Ku’damm. Pinkish red color with a big pink head. Aroma’s: sourish, wheaty, lactic, rasoberry. Retronasal it’s sour, sweet, raspberry, lactic. Flavor is light moderate sour ’n’ sweet, fruity. Gets sweeter as the glass gets emptier, due to concentration of syrup at the bottom. Left the last bit for what it was. Nice fruity and refreshing Summer beer.

Trasparent pale golden (hazy on second pour), loads of bubbles. Good and quite dense white head, ok retention and some lacing. Aroma is pretty intense but can be described quite easily as citric/juicy (lemon juice), maybe with a soapy hint. Taste is semi sweet with a wheat malts base (white bread). Intense acidity, both citric (with lemon notes) and lactic (yogurt). Sour citric aftertaste. Very light bodied with medium to high carbonation, goes down easy. Overall this is an ok, quite refreshing beer, but it definitely lacks complexity (it’s pretty much just lemonish sourness).

From old tasting notes. Pale yellow color. Cloudy appearance. Strong yeasty nose with a sour apple bouquet. Taste is yeasty and tart. Best served with raspberry schnapps. Of it’s style, a classic. Defininately an acquired taste.

330 ml served in original glass at Craddock in Potsdam. Bright yellow colour. Taste quite sour and a bit yeasty. Citrus and cabbage aroma. With Waldmeister syrup grainy and yeasty. With raspberry syrup similar to Belgian fruitbeer. Less sour and a bit sweet. Fizzy carbonated and very light bodied.
