33 cl bottle. Clear pale golden colour with a thin white head. Tart fruity aroma with lemons, youghurt, wheat malts. Taste is sour. Light to medium body. Dry, tart fruity finish with lemons. Very unusual

Adding in my 300 Beers To Try ticks because I want to see how they impact my stats and some of them I will never see again. Will however re-rate them when practical. Ordered this previously with no idea what it was and I remember my mate stating, This has gone off! Got to reapraise it and it's fine.

Bottle online from HB&B. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma: light tart apples, syrup. Taste: light sweet & bitter, tangy fruit, lemon rind, apple skins, light funk. Light to medium body, fine carbonation, short light tart finish. OK for the lowly ABV but a little one dimensional

Voor deze warme zomerdag een fris bier. Thuis uit een flesje. Het inmiddels redelijk bekende zure van de Berliner weisse. Bleke kleur, weinig aroma en de smaak zorgt ervoor dat mijn wangen aan de binnenkant wat naar binnen trekken. Nog niet geheel mijn stijl, maar blijven oefenen.

Bottle. Aroma of sweet apples. Thin bodied and prickly. Strong apple sourness, with just a bit of yeastiness. Citrus and honey. Bottle, tasted 31/03/13, best until 10/11. Pale blonde. Grape juice and lemon in the aroma. Sherry notes. Low on carbon. Grapefruit, lemon and grape juice in the flavor. Upcoming sherry flavors. Moderate sourness.

0.33 l bottle from local 'trinkgut', best before May 2019. A little hazy, pale golden with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, moderately fruity aroma of lemon, rhubarb and some wheat. Medium sour, slightly fruity and a little doughy taste of lemon, rhubarb and wheat, followed by a short, quite tart, rather dry finish. Thin body, quite astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite okay, I've had worse from 'craftier' brewers.
