0.33 l bottle, a courtesy of Fates11, thanks! Cloudy yellow, small off-white head. Aroma is citric acid, citrus, lemony, light yeasty notes, grainy background. Flavour is sharp sourness, citrusy, soft bready notes. One-sided, no clear lacto character, more like a sour Radler. Quite refreshing and drinkable, though. Light finish.

Tight white head stayed on a chill hazy pale golden coloured body. Bitter, herbal & sour aroma. Medium to thin bodied, airy over the tongue with a dry clean back. Bitter citrus, apple, herbal & yeast tastes with a sour finish. Clean.

Trübe, extrem helle Farbe. Säuerlicher, an Sekt oder Most erinnernder Geruch. Geschmacklich geht es auch sehr sauer, medium fruchtig (insbesondere Zitrone und ein Hauch Rhabarber) und leicht bitter weiter. Apfelessig kommt mir zuerst in den Sinn, Apfelmost trifft es aber besser. Hinten raus kommt eine leichte Honignote durch. Der sehr geringen Alkoholgehalt fällt nicht negativ auf. Recht spritzig. Erfrischend. Pur um Klassen besser als die vorgemischten Berliner Kindl Weissen mit Schuss. Ich kann gut nachvollziehen, warum es die Berliner Weiße mit Schuss gibt. Mit (nicht zu viel) süßem, aromatischem Sirup kombiniert hat man da eine echte Geschmacksexplosion. Fertig in der Flasche gemischt hab ich das aber noch nicht gefunden. Das war immer zu süß und künstlich. Da ist selber mischen angesagt.
