Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 23A). Bottle 33 cl - batch 05L218B1L AROMA: predominant uncooked bread dough aroma with slight cooked vegetal note. acidity a bit mild. APPEARANCE: very pale straw color and hazy. large white head with low retention. TASTE: predominant acidic flavour with faint wheat notes. some cooked vegetals/husk character. no hop bitterness. PALATE: light body with high to very-high carbonation. acidic mouthfeel. OVERALL: a berliner weisse with low wheat presence.

Bottle (from saveur-biere). Pours yellow with whiteish head. The head stays for some moments. Aroma is sour, lacto, fruits, some sweetness, some wheaty-grainy-cardboard notes. Flavor is sour, acidic, some fruits, citrus, wheat. Finish is watery with some sourness. Overall: not bad for lacto beer, has nice clean feel.

Horseblanket and hay with a mildly sour start. A touch of lemon and hay in the mouth. The sourness quickly fades and it ends rather quickly and dry. Very light. Initially promises something very good, but eventually fades away.

Flaske kjøpt i Berlin. Lys strågul, uklar. Kort hvitt skum. Sitron/limesyrlighet i aromaen og enda mer i smaken. Snerpende både i smak og ikke minst i ettersmaken, som er ganske kort og heftig. Ingen humlebitterhet å spore.

Bottle. Very light, slightly cloudy, like a white wine. Aroma: German Riesling or champagne, sour milk tones, slightly wet skin and apples. Taste: very sour, dry wine, lemon and sour milk, very refreshing.

Bottle. Slight hazy pale straw with good sized bright white head. Lemon juice, dough, yogurt, some fresh cheese, pee. Pretty sour with almost no sweetness, just some doughy taste running through it. But bland but not too bad.

Hazy pale golden colour, bright white foam, disappears quickly. Aroma wheat, citrus, dough, some lactose. Taste medium sweet and sour. Light body, thin feel, average carbonationlively, crisp long sweet and sour finish with some dry bitterness, refreshing, a real summer beer.

Small fizzy mediumlasting head, very light color. Aroma is mild sour-ish grassy, wet grain, wet paper, grass, cereal, boiled vegetables, sorrel, minerals. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, wet grass, sorrel, paper, wet hay, grain, berry skin. Little bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Very boring.

Bottle from SarkyNorthener cheers Martin; clear straw yellow pour with a thin white head, metallic aroma, taste has lemon sherbet, just a hint if sourness, refreshing and crisp.
