On tap at Fat Head's, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is dry, with dry dark chocolate. Flavour is complex, with lactose, dark chocolate and Belgian yeast. Highly complex and cohesive. Excellent stuff.

Draft - Dark malts and some roast. Jet black with a small head. Sweet, light boozy notes and syrupy sweetness. I get the sweet chocolate notes, but not the cracker.

Pint at PDX. Pours a jet black color with a medium nitro head. The aroma is light chocolate and nuts. The flavor is big chocolate, ash, milky, this is one awesome stout. Borders a bigger Impy, but has little of the intense sweetness. Lovely palate. Nice.
