On tap at Main Street, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Nose is very light, with crackery malt and hay. Flavour is quite tart, with citric notes, hay and a lemony tartness. Not the most complex for the style, but drinks easily enough. Decent.

Draft - Grains and light soured wheat. Clear pale yellow with a decent white head. Light tartness, grains and raw wheat with a lingering soured finish. Not bad.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy pale blond color with persistent compact head. Dry, lean; this version has a very evident lemony character, light wheat bread, some lactic acid; the sourness level is moderate but present, the final is lightly zesty.
Balanced and interesting. Refreshing.
