0.5L bottle. Pours a cloudy dark brown with creamy beige head. Aroma is malty, dried fruits, caramel, banana, yeast. Taste also very malt forward, sweet, lots of dried fruits, caramel, some yeast, spices, not really much wheat to speak of though, light boozy note under all that. Medium body, fairly high carbonation. Not bad.

12.05.24 Neubewertung - Wertung bleibt insgesamt, lecker Ding. 10.01.17 Schönes Dunkelbraun im Glas, sehr heftiges Perlen aber ohne zu gushen - sorgt für derben Badezimmerschaum. In der Nase Karamell, nussig. Im Trunk überraschend bekömmlich, malzig, Trauben, im Abgang süß, fein alkoholisch. Lecker, wenn auch ein wenig der Pfiff fehlt. Wärmt aber schön von innen ohne zu sehr zu krachen. (4.0)

Bottle. Beautiful brown mud with shades of black and orange. Thick foamy head and lovely lacing. Aroma is earthy, roasty, bananas and malts. Taste is malts, chocolate, caramell, banana, dark fruits and discreetly spicy. Pleasant carbonation. Mouthfeel is a mouthful. Impressive balance between sweetness and alcoholic presence. Dangerously drinkable. Great Weizenbock.

F: big, off-white, good retention. C: very dark brown, hazy, opaque. A: malt, wheat, caramel, molasses, dark fruits, dark bread, biscuits. T: malt, caramel, very light toast, biscuits, dark fruits, smooth on the palate, medium body, good carbonation, good enjoyed beer, 0,5l bottle from Prik&Tik Kampenhout.

0,5 l bottle. Pours orange brown with big light tan head. Aroma is malt, yeast, caramel, some nuts, light banana, some dried fruit, a hint of clove and some alcohol. Flavor is mainly malty ans roasty, with same stuff as in aroma, just less intense. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Body is medium, sticky texture, average carbonation. Decent, but not special.
