In the beginning was a pilsener, the now famous and popular Warsteiner Premium Verum. This pilsener, brewed with top-quality ingredients and the particularly soft water from Warsteiner’s own Kaiserquelle, is also available in the non-alcoholic version Warsteiner Premium Fresh.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Billa. Pours clear yellow, effervescent, with a modest, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of crisp cereal, light biscuity notes, soft bitter straw, white bread accents. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean to finish, more biscuits, cereal, straw. Very drinkable.

Half liter on tap at the COS Oktoberfest. Pours a clear, golden color, with a medium, frothy, white head. The aroma is hay, cane sugar, caramel, cardamom, orange peel, and light sawdust. Sweet and malty, with a bright, clean bitterness. Quality pils.
