It’s not a Bitter. It’s not a Extra Special Bitter. It’s not an Ordinary. It’s Extraordinary! This English style ale was brewed to be highly sessionable at 4% ABV, but features a depth of caramel malt flavor, bready/biscuit notes, and a complex fruity aroma from subtle dry-hopping. Light in body with a dry (but not too dry) finish.

Draught as part of a flight at the Funky Buddha Brewery in Oakland Park on January 21, 2015.Hazy copper color, teal head. Malty, toasted, dry taste. Dry aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Malty, sweet scent.
