Made with more than 200 pounds of oats, this beer is the ultimate oatmeal stout. Brewed with a blend of Munich, caramel, and chocolate malts, this beer packs a malty punch with just a touch of roastiness.

Roast, some dark chocolate. Really doesn't balance well. Not my thing. Black pour with ok head and lacing. Tangy type bitter finish. Tap at Big Storm Cape Coral.

Draft at Luckys. Brown color, poured without a head. Nice nutty and caramelized nose, with light hints of roasted malt. Flavor is more sweet caramel, but really only semi-sweet, improving the drinkability somewhat. I suppose I've tired somewhat of the stouts and porters, but I did enjoy this one.

16 oz. can. Pours a nearly black color with dark ruby highlights and a small beige head. Small spots of lacing. Dark caramel malts aroma. A little dark malt flavor and not much else. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel. A touch flat. Good but not memorable. The 6.5% ABV is well hidden.

On draught at Oldsmar Tap House. Brownish-black pour with a medium thin tan head that diminishes steadily to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt and chocolate. Medium-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, dark chocolate and slight hops. The finish is roasty with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
