På fat. Smak och doft av choklad, mocca, kaffe, laktris, rostade toner med aningar av vanilj och rök. Lätt kropp, rund och len med fin beska. Riktigt gott.

Draught at Bishops Arms Järntorget on October 21, 2013. During "Porterveckan" 2013, Monday.Very dark red to black color, smallish micro bubble dark brown head. Malty, roasted, a bit hoppy, grainy, some ash, light fruity taste. Chocolate, hoppy, citrus, mineral aftertaste. CO2 is too high, distracts from the flavors. Also too roasted for a porter and too distinct hoppy contra malty for my style porter. Medium mouhtfeel with fizzy high CO2. Sweet, malty, hoppy scent, also mineral , roasted and ash. Medium bitterness.
