330ml bottle at Sydney Cidery bar. Pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of pear, fruit. Taste is fruity, peary, caramel, woody, with some drying acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry peary finish. Nicely drinkable.

Draught as a 10 oz at The Abbey Cider Lounge & Bottle Shop, Sandy Bay - Hobart. Sampled on August 8, 2013.Difficult for the bartender to pour due to excessive co2, I ended up getting almost 2 full pours of 10 oz glasses, for the price of one, yay.Clear pear color, white head. Sweet, a bit tart, pear taste. Pear aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, slight bit pear peel tart finish. Sweet, pear scent.
