Draught at New Sydney Hotel, Hobart. Sampled on August 7, 2013.AS "Bridge Road Bar Series. Brewed by New Sydney. Name: Elixir. Imperial Pils at 7.7% ABV".Hazy honey to golden color, white head. Sweet, malty, cream, berry taste. Berry, cream, bitter aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Sweet, malty scent.
