A Golden ale, with a fresh, soft palette, unique fruity hint and a snappy bitterness in the finish that calls for another … dangerously drinkable.…

Bottle. Cloudy yellow, low head. Grainy marzipan aroma. Medium light body. Tastes like a mazarin cake, light hop aromatics in the finish. It has a distinctive flavour, that is for sure - I’m just not sure that is what I am looking for in a pale ale - more in a triple maybe.

Bottle 33 cl from Oak Barrel, Sydney, on July 17, 2013.Clear golden color, big fluffy off-white head. Malty, sweet, grainy scent, a slight bit herbal. Hoppy, sweet, sugary, malty, grainy taste. Weak mouthfeel, medium high dry grainy bitterness.

Bottle. Clear golden with good white head. Beautiful flowery and delicate fruit aroma with malty biscuity hints. Medium body and carbonation. Refreshing fruity start with nice gentle maltiness and some reasonable bitterness in the finish. A great pale ale.

Pours a clear medium golden colour. There is not a lot to detect aroma wise - just a little fresh cut grass and grain. There’s more to the flavour, which is actually quite unusual - some mango and apricot, with a little lemon. The hops kick in nicely at the back, and the finish is quite long. Quite a decent drop.
