11.15 oz. bottle bought in Nassau, Bahamas. Pours a clear very dark ruby color with a thick light tan head and great retention. Very good lacing. Molasses aroma. Dark molasses and slight licorice flavor. Thick mouthfeel and heavy body. The 7.6% ABV is very well hidden. Better than most foreign stouts, but I'm still not a fan of the style.

Refrigerated small format brown bottle poured into a cup $4, shop at Nassau cruise terminal. Black with medium light brown head. Aroma is chocolate, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good lacing. Taste is chocolate. Not bad, but nothing exceptional.

Shared bottle. Black with a brown/tan head. Aroma and taste of roasted malt, coffee and chocolate notes. Finish a bit sour and watery.

33 cl bottle from some dive liquor store along waterfront in Nassau, Bahamas. Barely translucent brown color topped by a creamy tan head. Roasted malt nose hints at soy sauce. Sweet roasted malt flavor has soy sauce, burnt sugar, treacle and cola notes. Sticky malt finish. Salty soy sauce notes. Rather thin bodied. Some alcohol in finish.

The last of the 13 beers my wife brought back from Bahamas when visitng last year. And turned out saved the best until last. Bought in Freeport, Bahamas. Pours mahogany brown with a maroon tint. Aroma of sweet roasted malt, chocolate, liquorice, and vanilla. Medium to heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium to full body, sticky texture, very soft carbonation. Decent stuff.

Some roast and a little booze. Black and thick on beach like volcanic sand in Santorini. Some caramel. Bottle at dodgy bar in Nassau.
