On tap at Downtown location. Pours a dark brown with small beige head. The aroma is black licorice, roast, cocoa. Medium mouth, similar flavors to nose, light bitterness and hides alcohol well, good.

Tap at Rock Bottom Denver - 03/06/12. Black with a dirty brown head. Dark malt, leather, licquorice, nutty and a dose of chocolate on the nose. Taste as nose with a little earthy hop tones. Medium to full bodied, moderate carbonation, smooth. Ok I guess for a Rock Bottom beer which I often find are lacking somewhat.
