Pours golden with white minimal head. Aroma is caramel and iron, very subtle. High carbonation. Watery but with a long bitter finish. Peculiar.

Pint from draft @ ’t Buitenbeentje, Tilburg. Light amber with a white head. Malty caramel aroma with some floral hops. Taste is sweet with some bitterness. Very nice bitter, wouldn’t mind drinking this everyday.

Clear, slightly lively golden beer with a decent bubbly head and a bittersweet malt scent. Flavour is mild with a sweet, resinous quality. Fruity hop comes through and endures, with the finish ending up being quite bitter and a nicely balanced flavour makes up for a slightly watery feel in the mouth.

Pours a clear golden to amber color, topped with a decent white head. Malty aroma, slightly fruity with some notes of caramel. Nice bitterness, not too strong also going on in the aftertaste as well. Very nice.

Can. Clear amber, big creamy, offwhite head. Aroma has light fruity malt. Smooth, caramely malt flavour and light bitter hops. Medium bitter, dry finish.

0.5l can. I could have sworn on something that I have had this one before. By had before I mean rated before. I even remember the day I sat down and rated it, but unfortunately I can't remember the day I added it on Ratebeer. Anyhow, now I have a brand new can with my name on it. Looks just like it should with a crystal clear deep golden body under a medium sized light lacing off-white top. Its managing to be both fruity and a tad metallic on the nose this. Mostly the first, with tones of peach juices and melon. A bit sweet perhaps at first on the nose, but I still enjoy the aroma this beer can offer. (see what I did there?) It has a somewhat thin and almost what you could call watery feeling in the mouth and it's gentle on the small bubbled carbonation level. Honestly it tastes a bit boring. It's fruity sweet with a watery malty thing that dominated. Soft caramel and it's really low in the bitterness. A little bit of wheat sweetness in the softly metallic finish. Yeah, it tastes pretty much just like I remember it. A bit dull all in all, but not bad a bad specimen of it's genre. 13.03.2014

amber / redish color, white head. light smell of fruits and berries. light to medium body, light sweet, light bitter. well balanced .. but that also means nothing that sticks out and grabs your attention. overall: decent

Bottle at my desk at work. Mid amber orange coloured pour , clear with a frothy off white head. Aroma is nice clean nutty and light caramel malts layered on top of nice berry / raisin fruits. Flavour is composed of semi-sweet caramel biscuit malts, berry and dried fruits. Touch of hedgerow earthyness. Water profile is soft with a hint of chalk, very smooth on the tongue. Palate is mi sweet with a semi crisp finish, medium smooth body. Ferment is very clean with decent English yeast character. Very easy drinking beer with no real desernable flaws..

Classic Fuller’s bitter, the more ordinary and accessible version of Fuller’s ESB, I suppose. Irregular, snow white, sticky, stable head, deep orangey amber colour. Subtle aroma of light maltiness, nuts and floral hops; taste more rich than expected from the rather weak aroma, nutty, apple, lemon peel, evolving into a herbal, flowery, full hop bitterness, long, dry and thirst-quenching. Thinner and less robust than the ESB but still very enjoyable.
